wayland-ivi-extension: Added ivi-id-agent by mtey
As explained in further discussions, the simple-id-agent
is a basic example for reference. This commit adds the
ivi-id-agent [1]. It is still a reference implementation
but already offers more features (like configurations)
that should be desirable for AGL.

Clean-up of wayland-ivi-extension_1.13.0 related legacy stuff
Since the agl demo is now using wayland-ivi-extension
v2.0.2 everything related to v1.13.0 should be removed.
That means all bitbake recipes and also the used patch
files.

homescreen: remove useless dependency to pulseaudio
Review #15855 removed the dependency to pulseaudio in homescreen source code.
So the DEPENDS at recipe level is not needed anymore and can be removed.
Without this change, there's a build error when pulseaudio is diabled.

Used fixed SRCREV for repos from src/
Resoning:
Only apps have a prepended CI cycle , so automatic bumps with in the recipes are fine.
For recipes in src/ we don't (yet) have such a cycle and to avoid sudden breakage the recipes need to use a fixed hash.

Fix errors in Phone application dependency
Dependency error potentially possessed by the Phone application became obvious
by
fab778caff2041794814df54b51893965381aa66.
After that change, qtmultimedia was not installed in agl-demo-platform.
This problem has been reported by SPEC-1596, but has not been fixed so far.
This patch enables the phone application to work again.

agl-demo: add 4A as a dependency and a separate agl-demo-soundmanager
When running aglsetup with feature 'agl-demo', 4A is now enabled.
The feature 'agl-audio-4a-framework' is added to the feature deps.
For the agl-audio-soundmanager framework use agl-demo-soundmanager.

packagegroup-agl-demo-platform: re-activate MOST drivers on demo platform
This patch removes the BROKENonIntelQemuRpi3 append condition when adding the
MOST drivers to the demo platform. We can do this, as Change-ID 14239 takes
care that the necessary kernel dependent backports are applied to the driver
sources.

mixer: use RPROVIDES instead of PROVIDES for virtual/mixer
In packagegroup-agl-demo-platform, the package RDEPENDS
on virtual/mixer so mixer should RPROVIDE virtual/mixer
Also adjust revision according to master branch.

mixer app: bump to latest revision when 4A is enabled

* pin version eel_5.0.3 when 4A is not enabled
* use AGL_APP_REVISION when 4A is enabled

Add simple-id-agent for wayland-ivi-extension 2.0.2
Add a subdirectory id-agent-modules for simple-id-agent.
And load this library in ivi-controller.
These codes are copy from this commit create by Emre Ucan.
This commit is from meta-agl and can not cherrypick to meta-agl-demo.
So copy it and create a new patch, change a litte line number to 0002.

meta-agl-demo: remove Mocca application

This is the last part of the layer rework series.
Notable changes are:
- move demo specific recipes to the demo (dlt, web-runtime mocca-usb)
- wayland-ivi-extension moved to the meta-agl-demo layer for now.
- web-runtime moved here (from appfw layer to allow console-only builds with appfw)
- adapted packagegroups and agl-features

Bug Fix: POI app is not working
The authentication method of Yelp Web API used by POI App has been changed.
This patch is to change the POI App corresponding to the new authentication method.
This fix makes POI App work again.

mediaplayer: remove qtmultimedia dependencies from recipe
mediaplayer application exclusively uses the agl-service-gstreamer service
for media playback, and the respective qtmultimedia isn't needed anymore.

2nd part of the layer/profile rework [2/2]
Main goal of this is to move the agl-service-* bindings into the core and to
unify common recipes like wayland/weston into meta-agl-profile-graphical.
As a placeholder for recipes is meta-agl-profile-demo which are being reshuffled.
TLDR: remove recipes from meta-agl-demo that were moved to other layers

udisks: automount.sh: mount disks with no partitions
Some media disks may not have a partition table and only have a
file systems (i.e. /dev/sdX vs /dev/sdX1) allow automounting of those.

mapview-demo: Switch LIC_FILES_CHKSUM syntax
It is currently a warning to use ${COREBASE}/LICENSE and instead we need
to use ${COMMON_LICENSE_DIR}/MIT. Switch to this syntax.

Fix nativesdk-gn build
- Update package version, older is not avalable anymore.
- remove patch "missing deps" already include upstream.
Note:
gn is a set of tools require for chromium build.
nativesdk-gn is mandatory to build chromium with AGL SDK.

agl-demo: remove hardcoded meta-gplv2 layer
GPLv2/GPLv3 logic is now handled via the agl-gplv2 feature, so stop
always adding meta-gplv2 for the agl-demo feature. agl-demo will need to
work with both GPLv2 and GPLv3 recipes, as different users will have
different requirements with regard to GPL versioning.
