Add NanoPC-T6 support to AGL

NanoPC-T6 is one of the Rockchip RK3588 SoC board that is
powerfully SoC more than R-Car Gen3.  Current AGL IVI demos
is require to many HW resource such as GPU and Memory.

This patch add support powerfully board to AGL.
