flutter-dashboard: update SRCREV

flutter-dashboard: update SRCREV

Update flutter-dashboard SRCREV to pick up KUKSA.val databroker gRPC
API changes, update its YAML configuration file to match, and add the
JWT authorization token the configuration requires.
