Add alexa-auto-sdk repository
Add alexa-auto-sdk repository so that we can use the meta-aac layer
it contains to build the Alexa Auto SDK and the associated voiceagent
service. The branch for the latest version, 2.0, is being used to
allow benefitting from fixes made in response to AGL requirements.

Update meta-sancloud to migrate AGL configs & templates
meta-sancloud is updated to a commit where the templates and config used
by aglsetup.sh have been removed. They will instead be placed in the
meta-agl layer from now on, matching the location for other target
machines.

Update meta-ti to upstream tag 'ti2019.01'
The 'ti2019.01' tag is the first proper release of the TI BSP layer for
the thud branch of Yocto Project.
The pre-release commit of meta-ti which was previously used led to SGX
graphics drivers causing homescreen & launcher crashes on Sancloud BBE
hardware.

Pin meta-ti to revision with dra7x-evm-lcd-lg included
Until we can replace the board in CI or move on.
The 4.14 kernel tree does not ship dra7x-evm-lcd-lg at all.
For now go back to the last revision with kernel 4.9.

Use fixed revisions for meta-security and meta-security-isafw
To avoid broken builds, use fixed revisions.
You can use default-floating.xml to get the latest revisions of all repos
repo init -b master -m default-floating.xml
repo sync

Start migration to rocko with external repos
This change bumps the external repos to the respective rocko branches.
Especially:
- consolidate on meta-freescale from git.yoctoproject.org
- try master of meta-security-isafw
(repo is stale, no rocko branch - might have to disable)
- meta-boundary currently disabled (no rocko branch)
Otherwise we update to the latest rocko branch revision.
For poky we stick to rocko v2.4.1.

Start to pin external repositories in master branch before rc3
If you want to tip of the pyro branch for the external repos, use:
repo init -m default-floating.xml
repo sync --force-sync -d
For the differences check:
repo diffmanifests default.xml default-floating.xml
