meta-agl-core: gstreamer: Add 0001-waylandsink-Fix-xdg_shell-fullscreen-mode.patch.

It is needed to make waylandsink work with AGL compositor.

Patch included conditionally to pass:

    meta-agl-core/scripts/run-yocto-check-layer.sh
