Include sound driver for HDA on qemu

Include sound driver for HDA on qemu

This is a backport of https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/AGL/meta-agl/+/25443
from master and will allow CI on jellyfish to use sound on qemu platforms
(emulated HDA card).
