glmark2: Fix glmark2 window does not show up.

glmark2: Fix glmark2 window does not show up.

For this, update it to the latest version that includes XDG shell
support which is required for agl-compositor.

wayland-native dependency is added because now glmark2 executes
wayland-scanner during build.
