agl-image-graphical-qt5-crosssdk: Use -tools version of

agl-image-graphical-qt5-crosssdk: Use -tools version of
nativesdk-qtwayland

Turns out, the qtwaylandscanner is actually included with the -tools
version of the nativesdk-qtwayland.
