Update wayland-fits for Weston 1.9.0 support (SPEC-174)

Update wayland-fits for Weston 1.9.0 support (SPEC-174)

wayland-fits did not compile anymore as we upgraded to
Weston 1.9.0, which changes some internal macros,
structures and function calls.
Let us update to the latest upstream version, which has
fixes for this issue.
