qt-cluster-receiver: Added new recipe for the qt cluster receiver application
And enable it in the cluster-demo-platform. Swaps depedencies between
the native C application and the Qt version.

cluster-receiver_git: Add cluster-receiver wayland depends
cluster-receiver application will be a Qt application so add Qt specific
dependencies for it. Also, add base and bad gstreamer plug-ins, as those
are needed.

Remove agl-sdl integration as the layer is dysfunctional
meta-sdl upstream does not support YP 3.1 LTS 'dunfell' .
Remove the feature.

Use top-level LICENSE files for each repo
We re-use the OpenEmbedded / Yocto Project style to
declare the licenses more prominently in the top level folders.
LICENSE is derived from poky's LICENSE file.

packagegroup-agl-cluster-demo-platform: Drop libva-utils
libva-utils indirectly requires mesa-gl which doesn't build for the Vayu
or BBE boards with the zeus branch of meta-ti.
The utilities were only used for debugging on the Minnowboard and are
safe to remove.

Add support for CAN driven speeds for the demo dashboard
Changes include:
- Update cluster-dashboard recipe to pull in libqtappfw for
signal-composer support
- Add signal-composer and required low-can and gps bindings to
agl-cluster-demo-platform image
- Add recipe to install configuration file that tells the
cluster-dashboard app to use signal-composer vehicle and engine
speed events instead of running the default animation loop,
and a new agl-cluster-demo-preload feature template that drives
adding the recipe to the image for demo purposes.

cluster-windowmanager-conf: update config

the new larger 640x720 size of the streamed display from tbtnavi on

cluster-receiver: just RRECOMMEND gstreamer-vaapi for Intel
The gstreamer-vaapi plugin is not available / buildable on all non-Intel
platforms, so to avoid issues just RRECOMMEND it when building for
Intel, as the gstreamer pipeline construction code in the application
checks for its presence at runtime already.

Add a shrink agl-demo-platform version
Base on agl-demo-platform, make a shrink version for low performance
board can run agl-demo-platform.
Weston, hmi-framework, some APPs and some services were deleted.
Using cluster-dashboard as qtwayland compositor instead of weston.

agl-login-manager: update LOGIN_USER override
The agl-login-manager bbappend was overriding the value of LOGIN_USER
to 0 (root) as was being done in meta-agl-demo-platform. Now that the
application framework changes to run applications as non-root by default
have gone in, this needs to be updated to match the new behavior. Since
the cluster demo image has no need to run anything as a passenger user,
keep the override, but now set it 1001 / agl-driver.

recipes-platform: crosssdk-image: remove libvcard from SDK
vCard parsing is done within the agl-service-bluetooth-pbap binding
so libqtappfw not longer requires libvcard, and in turn the SDK
doesn't either

Initial check-in
Define instrument cluster demo platform. This layer is similar to
meta-agl-demo, except it defines a small platform for the instrument
cluster demo, based on the agl-profile-cluster-qt5 profile. There
is a "agl-cluster-demo" feature defined to enable building the
platform.
At the moment, only qemux86-64 and Minnowboard turbot versions have
been built and tested. Other architectures should be feasible, but the
agl-cluster-demo-receiver application needs some further development to
support non-Intel platforms, as currently it is using the vaapisink
gstreamer plug-in.
