Update autobuild scripts
Update autobuild scripts with reworked version that fixes building
outside of the source tree. There are only small changes compared
to the WIP version that was committed to fix SPEC-3392.

Update autobuild scripts
Update autobuild scripts to fix issues with widget builds due to
mismatch with SPEC-2049 updates to aglwgt.bbclass.

Initial code check-in
A simple telematics demo application for AGL. It reads vehicle and
engine speed from the CAN low-level binding and publishes them via
MQTT.
