Hotfix for db410 on rocko

The db410c build uses IMAGE_FSTYPES_append
which is a bad idea and should be changed to
IMAGE_FSTYPES ?=
Anyway - add a hotfix directly in the recipes.

Fix cyclone5 build by supplying patched image class
The class fails due to an old construct no longer supported in rocko.
Fix it by overlaying our own class until fixed upstream.

meta-intel: removal of ibt info since it has been defined in rocko.

The old info of IBT firmware for Intel bluetooth in the bbappend file
overrides those in the new rocko's linux-firmware.bb and causes
build failure when users try to add a specific fimrware by name.

Update recipe lttng-modules to v2.10.5 to fix build
issue for machine intel-corei7-64 with Linux kernel

linux-renesas: stop inheriting from 4.9

With rocko, we're on 4.14, so we should stop inheriting from

This unused content can be devided in two parts:
 - setting and feature in bitbake classes
 - tests

None are actually used by AGL.

Even if this content can be later included in distribution,
I prefer to remove it now.

Rename smack OVERRIDE to with-lsm-smack

Using the OVERRIDE "smack" came with the use of
the layer meta-intel-iot-security.

When switching to meta-security, it conflicts with the
package name 'smack' that provide the smack user library.

Yocto was reporting the following error:
  ERROR: .../meta-security/recipes-security/smack/smack_1.3.0.bb:
         QA Issue: Recipe .../meta-security/recipes-security/smack/smack_1.3.0.bb
         has PN of "smack" which is in OVERRIDES, this can result
         in unexpected behaviour. [pn-overrides]

dragonboard-410c: remove ACCEPT_EULA setting

Since r1032.1 the Qualcomm firmware have been released with a license that
allows redistribution. And the file is now available publicly without the need
for user to read/accept EULA. As such, we remove the constraint on meta-qcom as
well.

move GPLv2 logic into agl-gplv2 feature

Currently, we hardcode GPLv2/GPLv3 logic directly into the poky-agl
distro config, and in agl-demo. However, the recipes in meta-gplv2 are
very old, poorly supported, and receive no security updates. So, they
can easily cause issues.

To allow the choice of both GPLv2 and GPLv3, refactor the meta-gplv2
logic into its own "agl-gplv2" feature. The default is GPLv3, which
points to well-supported layers with security updates. However, by
adding the "agl-gplv2" feature in aglsetup.h, the meta-gplv2 layer gets
added to bblayers.conf and recipe versions get set to those in
meta-gplv2.

These kernel modules are used in the video driver.
In addition, the H.264 transfer from the IVI System to the Cluster
in AGL demo also use the encoder plugin.
For this the driver needs to be loaded before weston.

bsp: add salvator-x H3 support

The Salvator-X uses the same SoC as the H3 but includes other
peripherals. As a result, it can reuse the same h3ulcb config but needs
a different device tree and kernel config. This is already supported in
meta-rcar-gen3 but needs AGL plumbing, so add it.

There is also an M3 version of the Salvator-X, but I don't have one and
cannot test it. So I've added support only for the H3 version here.
