afb-evt: Improve compatibility to guppy

The commit "a2cf84e: hooks: Allow to remove hooking"
re-order fragment of code. But this is an issue when
backporting changes to guppy.

That commit improve the situation for the file
afb-evt.c in the process of fixing the issue
