app-framework: Improvements

Within app-framework-binder:
 - fixes read and write lock (EAGAIN)
 - fixes SIGPIPE handling
 - improves the documentation

Within app-framework-main:
 - improves documentation (for config.xml)
 - fixes setting of permissions
