bumps 4a-softmixer to the latest version

This brings these commits:
6bf855 alsa-core-pcm: fixed the mute logic
a07c4c removed the dependency to alsalib-1.1.6 for host
a84a93 Remove an unfilled response json object
b678f3 config.cmake: bump the needed version of alsalib to 1.1.6
