We cut GG rc3 after the CES integration session.

Notable changes:
- Microphones working
- Bluetooth
-- A2DP in mediaplayer
-- HFP (one call due to pending bug)
- Mediaplayer and Radio ramping (radio lower prio)
- btwilink disabled on kingfisher (unstable)
- agl-demo-preload feature (load maps, POI api key, ...)
- nfc improvements
