af-binder: Fix circular broadcast of events

Include changes:
 * c53b1b3 uuid: Add module for UUID generation
 * a445694 afb-evt: Refactor processing of broadcasted events
 * 0371579 Tag broadcasted events with UUID and hop
 * ad66a46 Fix bad memory access at client disconnection
