Remove agl-cluster-demo-qtcompositor image

Remove agl-cluster-demo-qtcompositor image

Remove agl-cluster-demo-qtcompositor image and the recipe for its
cluster-gauges-qtcompositor application.  They are unused and the
submitter has not been active in AGL for several years.
