Switch to tracking next/master branches

Changes:
- Switch branch for AGL repositories to next.
- Switch branch to upstream repos to master, except for a few BSP
  repositories that do not have useful master branches.
- Remove meta-lts-mixins checkout with scarthgap/u-boot branch, as
  it is no longer required.
