Update to YP 5.0.8

Also uprev meta-clang, meta-virt, meta-selinux, and BSP layers with
new commits.  Additionally, the base repository URL for the
git.yoctoproject.org hosted repos has been updated to drop 'git/'
from the path, as that seems to no longer be working reliably.
