Upgrade af-binder

This is a major upgrade. It includes:

* Use upgrade abitlity of libmicrohttpd 0.9.54
* Bugs, concurrent and typo fixes
* Add 'afb_daemon_queue_job' for bindings
* Integration with cynara
* Internal refactorings and improvements
* Draft of monitor API
* Draft of version 2 of bindings
* Draft of skeleton generator for bindings
