tbtnavi: fix SRCREV

tbtnavi: fix SRCREV

Update tbtnavi SRCREV to point at a salmon branch commit instead
of master branch.  The referred to master branch commit has been
cherry-picked to salmon branch for this to match the assumed
intent.
