Update to YP 5.0.2

Update to YP 5.0.2

Changes:
- Update poky to YP 5.0.2 commit.
- Other layers have been updated to their latest scarthgap or
  master branch commits as appropriate to pick up fixes.
- meta-ti and meta-riscv are slight exceptions:
  - meta-ti has been set to a slightly older commit as scarthgap
    HEAD currently breaks the BB.org machines.  Upstream have
    been notified, and a fix will be coming soon.
  - meta-riscv is set to a slightly older commit due to what
    seems to be an accidental backport of a styhead compatibility
    change.  Upstream have been notified.
