agl-flutter: update layer dependencies

agl-flutter: update layer dependencies

meta-agl-flutter now requires meta-multimeda for libcamera with its
default configuration, make sure that layer gets added when the
agl-flutter feature is used.  This fixes builds without "agl-demo".
