af-binder: changes the packaging

af-binder: changes the packaging

Create a new package: af-binder-tools that
contains 2 tools:

 - afb-client-demo: the tiny websocket client
   of the binders

 - afb-genskel: the code generator for bindings
   version 2 (DRAFT)

Also includes a fix on signal internally used for
timers.
