 - webkit connection on websockets (SPEC-821)

 - added trace facility of monitor builtin API
 - dump of stack on SIGABRT
 - facility afb_req_subcall_req
 - reduced verbosity
 - debugging enhanced: allow break after wait and call to 'personality'
