meta-agl-bsp: update qemuarm* QEMU options

meta-agl-bsp: update qemuarm* QEMU options

Update QEMU option variables for qemuarm and qemuarm64 machines
to fix errors seen with runqemu.  The same changes were made
for ricefish and newer branches, but the same issue is present
with kirkstone and backporting makes sense to ease testing.
