meta-agl-core: Remove old kernel support

Remove the linux-agl include files and associated patches that were
used to support 4.14 and 4.19 kernels.  There should be no impact
since no currently supported BSP layer uses them, 4.14 is EOL, and
4.19 goes EOL at the end of 2024.
