Fix demo mode crash due to demo mode toggle

- Avoid starting the same thread twice when running demo-mode
- Add red highlight to toggle button when unchecked
- Log errors when running running steering signals in CAN mode

A PyQt6 application to simulate CAN Bus signals using Kuksa.val for the AGL demo platform. The application is intended to be used alongside relevant AGL Images or any application subscribing to VSS signals via Kuksa-databroker.
