meta-agl-ic-container: update for meta-agl-core changes

Changes:
- Pull in image .bb files instead of .inc files.
- Remove IMAGE_LINGUAS definitions, as they were the same as the
  default value in meta-agl-core.
- Replace some :append usage with += to avoid creating problems
  for downstream users.
