Add CONFIG_SND_HDA to sound.cfg

Add CONFIG_SND_HDA to sound.cfg

Qemu will emulate an HDA/AC97 card. Thus we need the drivers enabled to support sound / audiomixer testing in CI.

Add it to sound.cfg .
